Introductory remote interview with client and designer to review our many services and discuss options and costs to help shape the best approach for your needs.

Following the introduction, we schedule a site visit or plan review to familiarize ourselves with your properties unique features and possible challenges. This allows us to provide the best estimate for our services.

Upon approval of our contract, we begin the schematic design process based on an agreed-upon scope of work. We work to infuse the project with you function as well as a design style. In order to create a finished look uniquely tailored to you and within your budget!
